Make your way through the derelict castle where an ancient evil resides. The great spider, slayer of a thousand heroes, and keeper of the tower. Using your skills and fine tuned swordsmanship, battle the great Spider, fight through three tough phases of combat, and finally free the ancient tower!

LEVEL DESIGN
The design mentality of Spider was to make something that would be challenging yet intuitive for players to get into. We took inspiration from the Soulsbourne style of game. We designed the boss arena to be cylindrical with varying cover throughout the space. In the first stage of the boss fight, the player will find that the spider does not move too much and is relatively easy to dodge, but in the second and third phase, things get more chaotic as the spider becomes airborne!
